His main job was to make sure the agency was profiting as much as possible and to figure out how to compare the different prices that influencers would submit to the agency. A few years of that and he saw that creators should and could be empowered. He's been empowering every one in the industry by sharing information weekly in his newsletter: Influence Weekly. The newsletter curates articles, reports, and interviews for influencers, agencies and marketers to learn from each other. Each individual creator should have the power and the intelligence to command the best rate possible. The best rate doesn't necessarily mean the highest. It's up for each creator to decide for themselves if they want to maximize deals or profits.
